Lost or stolen card

In the event of a lost or stolen RCS Card, it is important that you let us know immediately in order to protect you from fraud.

STEP 1: Have your RCS Card number or your ID number ready
Your card number is on your statement. If you can’t find it, don’t worry you can still call us! Have your ID number ready - since RCS cards are personal and can be used only by the person who applied for the card, we will find you in our system.

STEP 2: Dial 0861 SAY RCS (729 727) for RCS, then follow the prompts and press 1, then 1 again, then 2, for the lost and stolen card service.
This service is open Monday to Friday from 8am until 7pm and on Saturday from 8am until 6pm, and Sunday from 9am until 5pm.

If your card has been misplaced, please let us know when last you had your card in your possession so that we can identify illegal transactions for you. Please note that we can only protect you from fraud once we are aware of the lost card. Unfortunately, you are responsible for all expenses that are incurred until your card is cancelled.

STEP 3: Get a new card
You can get your RCS Card replaced at selected stores. The card can be made available to you right away, provided you present a valid ID and confirm your account information.

The following stores offer replacement cards:
Build It, Midas, Autozone, Supa Quick, Hi-Q, Contipartners, Dunlop Zone, Makro, Glomail, Game, Dion Wired, Choice Clothing, Cross Trainer, Arthur Kaplan
